Home made Golumpki or Gołąbki are Polish cabbage rolls stuffed with a mixture of beef or pork, rice, and seasoning!

Usually served with tomato sauce and mashed potatoes, some of the cooking juices. If you're feeling fancy add a dollop of soured cream.
