The information that we collect to process your order is kept private. We never sell, rent, or share your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or credit card information with anyone. We will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter, upcoming products. You have the possibility to create an account on our website, by clicking on the "Sign In - Account" link on the right corner of the home page. If you are not registered to our website, an account will be automatically created on your first order and a temporary password will be assigned. This temporary password will be included in your first invoice. Please login into your account with your email address and use this temporary password, then change it under your account section. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and payment via cash during the pickup time. When it comes to purchasing anything online, the security question towers above everything else. Our store's overall cyber security and particularly the billing process security is something we do not take lightly. All of your shopping here will be a fun and safe experience. If you have any difficulties in the checkout process, you can always address our customer support department with your billing questions.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your orders to be processed for shipping. All orders which include frozen food, deli and rest of highly perishable products always shipped on Mondays and Tuesday. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. All orders with highly perishable products are shipped with enough ice pack to keep products fresh until they arrive at your door. The cost of shipping for retail orders is variable based on the weight and distance. We ship via UPS to provide you with the most reliable service available. During the checkout process you'll be able choose shipping method. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order. We will also notify you when order has shipped and send you a tracking number for your package. Lost Package: All items purchased from Polka Traditional Goodies are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once it's on its way, the carrier assumes liability for the package and contents once it leaves our warehouse. You should first contact the carrier with any delivery issue. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control. It is your responsibility to check the tracking of the order and contact the carrier if you'd like to arrange special delivery instructions. If you plan to be away for the day of delivery, we encourage you to arrange for someone to pick up the package at time of delivery.

To make a return, please send us an e-mail at polkatraditionalgoodies@gmail.com In your e-mail, please include the reason for return (shipping damage, incorrect item shipped or other) and let us know whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement product. We will respond promptly with instructions about how to proceed. We will pay return shipping if we made a mistake or something is wrong with the product. Please, in case of breakage, upon reception, always send us pictures from your cell phones, in order for us to understand what went wrong. Our team takes the utmost care to safeguard your order before shipping, but accidents happen. If an item has been received defective, please contact us with images within two days upon reception. Our carriers need photographs as proof of damaged, and if we do not receive any, we will not be able to process your request.
